Color Isometries

This was actually a sketch I made for illustrating pixel-perfect isometric aspect ratios.

Equilateral Trixels (same length on each triangle edge) gets you an ugly pixel stairstep. A bit of stretching and some math gets you a nice 2-over-1-down stairstep. Crisp and clean, even without AA.

Exels or right-angle Trixels also get you a nice stairstep: 1-down-1-over.
